Your home = your energy

Did you know that your home has a lot to do with the way you feel? Yes, it's true. What you have in your home and its placement affects the flow of energy in your home. It is important to be aware of this because the flow of energy can either bring you peace or cause you blockages in your everyday life.

According to the philosophy of Fung Shui, when the energy in your home is misaligned, it can affect the mood you have once you step out into the world. Your home reflects your life. Most people do not put any thought into what their space looks like or where their things are placed. Your space should feel like your safe haven, your sanctuary. It doesn’t matter how big or small your place is, you would be amazed at what can be created with a vivid imagination and a small budget.

Where ever I live or work, I make sure to make it my own. It has to feel like me, a colorful, peaceful, creative space. My own office at one point was nothing but wood and concrete floor, with a few bare walls, and it was TINY. But I had a vision, I was motivated and had a mission to make it my own because I knew that I had manifested that small space, to help me meet with clients, and design my products. I told myself this space is going to help me get to the next level of my life. And so I intentionally set out to have positive energy flow through there, feel safe and cozy for my clients and make it a reflection of me. With the help of one of my best friends (who is also VERY creative) I put the play together and we finished it up in one week. The rest is history.

Now when my clients come into my space, they love it, they tell me they feel safe, it helps them heal and it makes them feel cozy. My friends also have come through and have said the same thing but can’t believe that I was able to create a space with a tiny budget and in a place that was very small. And one major thing that people have told me is that the energy in my space feels clean and peaceful. Side note, I share a space with other artists but they use their spaces as art spaces but their spaces look very industrial.

Another important thing to note is that clutter can definitely cause a lot of stress in your life. According to Psychology Today, clutter bombards your mind with excessive stimuli causing your senses to work overtime on stimuli that is not necessarily important. It also distracts your attention away from what your focus should be. Clutter makes it more difficult for you to relax both physically and mentally. I can attest to this because when my room is very messy I can’t relax AT ALL. When this happens I immediately clean up my space in order for me to feel peaceful otherwise I can’t think, I can’t focus, and I’m not balanced.

As a creative I’ve pivoted from being a fashion stylist (which I did while I lived in NYC in my 30’s) to focusing on interior décor and spiritual home cleansing and of course helping others heal. Everyone’s journey in healing is different, while it’s common to say that healing starts form the inside out, sometimes that’s not true. Healing can start from the outside in. The outside meaning cleaning out your environment, this can range from your wardrobe, network, to your home. Part of my gifts not only include helping others heal but also using my creativity to create sanctuaries for people and cleanse their spaces out.

If you are interested in cleansing, decorating or organizing your home/office don’t be afraid to take leap because of price. Remove the blocks in your mind that this is something you can’t attract. My services are quite affordable and I work in a very quick pace. Since this is a new service, I am taking on free consultations for the month of June, so contact me today and we can start your creating your sanctuary!

Much love and light,

The Intuitive Goddess
