Just a quick post to let you know how you can heal without having to spend a fortune on a guru or spa.
I can’t stress enough how important it is to connect with nature. Before I started researching and reading information about nature and how we are connected to it, I started touching and hugging trees in order to balance myself and get energized. I didn’t know what I was doing but it felt good and intuitively I figured since all of us are energy, there had to be a health benefit to it.
After doing some digging, I learned that touching or hugging trees helps you balance your energy. The Earth is magnetic and nature is connected to it energetically. And since we are energy in a skin suit made of matter, our connection is naturally one of healing.
If it’s possible, I highly encourage you to go out to the park every morning and jog for like 30 min, your bare feet in the dirt and hug a tree. It will make a world of difference! Check out this cool infographic that directs you on the process.
